After our very successful first formal AGM of the 11/12 year, the motley crew that is the University of Winchester's Archaeology Society came to the decision that now was the perfect time to have a website. And lo, it was done! Isn't she pretty?
It's been a terrific year for us freshers with socials, Bops, course-hopping (in favour of Arch, of course!) and the incredibly exciting annual Mary Magdalen hospital dig. With our brand new committee in charge, ArcSoc is set to make a big impact next year. We have tons of stuff planned - from trips to guest lectures, increased awareness and interaction with other societies. Look out for our stand at the Fresher's Fayre - you don't have to be on an archaeology course to join!
